Except for very rare cases, HOME games at Belmore are always played. Nevertheless, ground closures are inevitable during the course of any season due to wet weather or any other number of reasons. These closures are completely out of the direct control of The Belmore Eagles or the Association and are generally determined by Councils.

IMPORTANT: A game is ONLY deemed as being officially washed out when the status of that game appears on the draw, in Dribl, as being WASHED OUT, even if Council wet weather hotlines. If a team does not arrive for a game due to contradicting information that has been accessed from anywhere other than Dribl, that team will be seen as having forfeited the game. If in doubt, please double-check with us.

IF A FIELD IS CLOSED, GAMES MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER FIELDS, AT VERY SHORT NOTICE, IF ANOTHER FIELD IS AVAILABLE, SO PLEASE CHECK THE DRAW CONSTANTLY.

When checking the draw on Dribl:

• PENDING: means the game is going ahead as per the details that appear, ie: date, time, field.

• WASHOUT RESCHEDULE: means the field is closed, the game is washed out, and will be rescheduled to a later date.

• WASHOUT CANCELLED: this means the field is closed, and the game is washed out and cancelled completely.

• If your game disappears from the draw completely, it means that your game is in the process of being re-scheduled.
